Preferred Investors

NAI Global customizes each program to meet the specific requirements of preferred investors. The scope of services provided to each account is commensurate with the investor’s annual commitment to the program, potential commissions to NAI Agents and the resources required by NAI Global senior management. Below is an example of a program for an existing preferred investor relationship:

  • NAI Global and Preferred Investors have a committed goal to produce business opportunities and fees that are mutually beneficial for their company, and NAI Global and its members
  • A Leveraged Sales Force* is engaged to bring specific opportunities to this partner
  • Partners have ongoing access to a dedicated NAI Global senior management team, with an assigned single point of contact
  • Single point of contact actively manages and coordinates team interface, including regular conference calls, access to NAI conferences from the regional level to our global convention, and co-sponsorship opportunities at third-party conferences, such as ICSC
  • Partners and NAI Global jointly manage the Leveraged Sales Force and other business activities
  • Partners may use the NAI Global Logo on approved marketing campaigns to NAI Members highlighting their status as a preferred investor
  • Promotional access on the NAI Members’ Intranet site
  • Premium banner placement in the Preferred Investor Center on the NAI Members’ Intranet, with a link to partners’ buying criteria and contact information
  • Distribution of up to six electronic messages annually to selected NAI Members
  • A Platinum level sponsorship at both the NAI Global Convention and the Fall Leadership Meeting
  • Investors participate by paying an annual fee or a success fee (or a combination of the two) in addition to full agent commissions.

* The NAI Global Leveraged Sales Force is a team of focused experts from select markets. The elite team participates in specialized training and promotion programs to enable a strategic alignment with the investment needs of our Partners. Success is founded on the fact that the entire program is process driven with clearly defined client-driven goals and objectives. Partners benefit from a prioritization of their interests resulting in greater exposure to off-market opportunities. Partners are able to proactively implement targeted sales strategies with a team of licensed, experienced and focused experts positioned in key markets. The Leveraged Sales Force serves as an extension of the Partner to meet or exceed aggressive growth plans, while avoiding the hardship and expense of developing and supporting an internal sales staff.

Investors/Alliance Partners
  • Dedicated NAI Global single point of contact
  • Recognized and promoted as an approved Alliance Partner to NAI Members and clients
  • Opportunity to jointly seek business opportunities with NAI Global Staff and Members
  • Agreement in place outlining the commission paid to NAI Global for direct leads, broker to broker business and commissions paid to agents when doing business with the Alliance Partner
  • Name listed in Preferred Investor Center on the NAI Members’ intranet, with a link to buying criteria and contact information
  • Alliance Partners have their business supported by NAI Agents on sales in global markets
  • Alliance Partners participate with an annual commitment to generate at least $15,000 to NAI Global and a target of at least $100,000 to NAI Members.

Preferred Vendors
  • Recognized and promoted as a qualified Preferred Vendor to NAI Members
  • Ability to offer discounts or revenue sharing to members to reduce costs or increase sales
  • Opportunity to seek business opportunities through NAI Global Staff and Members
  • Preferred vendors must demonstrate an ability to drive business to NAI Global or otherwise add value by providing a high quality aligned service. It will be the role of the partners to reach out to NAI Global, NAI member offices and agents
  • All preferred vendors will undergo a qualification process by NAI Global to determine the quality of the relationship for NAI Members
  • A Marketing/Promotion fee is paid by the Preferred Vendor to NAI Global, in addition to a commitment to sponsor or exhibit at one or more NAI events annually.
