Scope of Experience

As Vice President of Pfefferle Management, Paul Werch presides over the commercial property management division. Since taking over leadership of the commercial management division for Pfefferle Companies in 2000, Paul has added a compliment of facility services with a focus on strategic facilities management that Pfefferle Companies offers. As a result, Pfefferle Management's managed space has grown from 1.8 million square feet to over 13 million square feet.

Paul has overseen the management of specialized medical facilities, surgery centers, Class A office space, retail centers, industrial, schools, distressed and vacant properties. He prides himself and his department on the commitment to provide investors and owners with the security of knowing their investment is being well-maintained in a cost effective manner and he will work to increase the property value through quality management, services, and tenant satisfaction.

Background & Experience

Paul has over 35 years of property management experience, beginning with retirement living environments in the 1980’s. He has worked with developers and architectural firms as a consultant to improve living and working environments.

Education

  • Majored in business administration from Lakeland College
  • Associate degree in supervisory management from Fox Valley Technical College
  • Technical training in areas of electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and gas distribution and Information Technology Security certification
  • Trained in Lean, “creating more value for customers with fewer resources”
