In the last several years the firm has developed over 200,000 square feet of self-storage space.

Headquartered in Bedford, New Hampshire, the company provides specialized brokerage and development services throughout New Hampshire. Transaction History

Assignments from international clients have included the sale of three aircraft hangars in Florida, a 92,500+/- SF warehouse in Texas, and industrial property in the U.S. and Canada.
The firm has been involved with numerous airport authorities regarding development, sale and lease negotiations.
